HIV Specialist Care

Our practice provides comprehensive medical care for people living with HIV (PLWH), taking into account not only medical needs but also psychological and social aspects.

Thanks to today’s available medications—either as tablets or long-acting injectable therapy—people living with HIV can achieve a good quality of life, maintain good health, and have an unimpaired life expectancy.

To address the specific needs in the medical care of PLWH, we work closely with specialised colleagues from various disciplines and clinics.

HIV Testing

For individuals at risk, statutory health insurance covers HIV testing (and, if necessary, testing for other STIs). We also offer anonymous laboratory testing on a self-pay basis—please contact us for details.

HIV PEP

We provide advice on HIV post-exposure prophylaxis (PEP).

HIV PEP is a medical emergency. Please do not hesitate to contact us urgently. In such cases, you can be seen without an appointment.

HIV PrEP

HIV pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) is an effective way to prevent HIV infection. We provide advice on its benefits and risks, as well as on preventing other sexually transmitted infections (STIs).

Currently, due to capacity limitations, we are only able to offer HIV PrEP to our existing patients.
